I'm Ilari Schmidt. I help businesses move repetitive work onto machines, and I do the same thing for real at work every day, not as a consultant giving presentations.
Background
I started as a digital agency entrepreneur (2018–2023): about a hundred projects of marketing work and my own SaaS website service. That taught me that lasting results come from systems, not one-off projects. From 2020 to 2025 I ran Google Ads campaigns for Finnish companies as a freelancer: data, measurement, continuous optimization. Marketing taught me to talk about results, not features.
Today I lead e-commerce and digital transformation at a brand company, taking AI from "we should look into this" into actual use, as an operator. Alongside that I am completing a master's degree in Data & AI expertise. This site and the machines running behind it are my own training ground, and proof that I talk about things I have actually built.
Services run under my company Potero Standard Oy (Finnish Business ID 3597827-9), based in Eurajoki, Finland. I work in Finnish and English, on-site in Finland and remotely elsewhere.
How I work
